The Boring Bit (But Still Important)

We keep our cleans simple and our terms just as clear. Just a few things you should know before booking.

By booking a service with Glassmates Window Cleaning (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. What’s Included

We provide external window cleaning that includes glass, frames, and sills. Done properly, with care. Additional services (e.g. interior windows) available by request.


2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are clearly listed and confirmed before each clean.

  • We use Direct Debit for easy, hands-free payments. You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time.

  • Payment is due 5 days after each clean. Missed or failed payments may result in a pause to your service.


3. Access to Your Property

  • You do not need to be home. We simply ask that any access gates are unlocked and pets are secured.

  • If access is blocked, we’ll contact you. Missed cleans due to blocked access may still be chargeable.


4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Life happens, you can skip or cancel a clean with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a charge, especially if we’ve already arrived at your property.


5. Bad Weather Policy

  • We may reschedule your clean.

  • We’ll always keep you informed and rearrange promptly.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Not happy? Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to put it right — free of charge.

  • Our reputation matters, and we’re here to earn your trust one clean at a time.


7. Damage or Breakage

  • We take care with every job. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please report it within 48 hours.

  • We carry out visual inspections before and after each clean and will never force open windows or apply unsafe pressure.


8. Service Termination

  • You can cancel your service at any time — no lock-in.

  • We also reserve the right to pause or stop service if there are repeated missed payments, abusive behaviour, or unsafe conditions.


9. Data & Privacy

  • We only collect the information needed to deliver our services (e.g. name, address, contact details).

  • Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
